*I cut out the water area and pasted it into a separate layer. *Then I warped it so it got streched up towards the sky in the image.
*I sharpened the edges with the eraser tool.
*The boat I cut out from the original image and tilted it a bit. Fixed the edges with the clone stamp.

I marked and pasted the sky area in a separate layer and changed the light and contrast. Then I fixed the edges with the eraser.

Then I added the moon and put a gradient on it and erased the area around the water.

Then I added the lightnings and the stars. The lightnings got a blue colour overlay and some outer glow. The stars has got a rainbow gradient on. I also copied and pasted the small man on the left side then fliped him horizontal so he is now looking to the moon.

Then I canged the colour of the water by copy and pasting the water area into a separate layer. Then I changed the contrast and colour balance. I also copied and pasted the small people on the left side then fliped them horizontal so they are now looking to the moon.

Then I added the animals. Before I pasted them onto the picture I cut out the background. I added a black stoke and changed the contrast. Then I added the shadow to the giraffe.

Then I addedthe fishes. I cut out the background from the original image. All the fishes are the same image, just in smaller and different sizes.

To make the water more alive around the fishes I added this water effect brush.
