First large stone, I removed the background for the base.Then iI duplicated it, and with the free transform iI used perspective and scale.

this one was from the photoshoptalent reasourses, I think it was call snow tracks.
This the base for the water.

A wave filter was added to snow track, and a 3rd duplicate of the tower, again free transform perspective.

Cracks brush with embose, chisel hard added.

Used the wave brushes, the top of the waves are white, the base is a dark blu or a light blue to give it a 3d effect.

The lighting is a technique I learn from one of the tutorial photoshoptalent use to have.
Tower added it a door and window.

The clouds uses the same technique and the waves. Using whites, and grays layering for the 3d feel. With an overlay of black.

Using a pattern of bricks that I made, I covered the tower.
