opening the jpeg I doubled the size of the image and increased the weight to 300dpi. Duplicated the layer flipped it and matched the edges. Selecting the central Hay bale and using the Warp tool to create as near a round shape as possible. Then saved

Using the wand the bale was selected and the Edges refined giving a huge amount of feathering.

In this image the "lights were replicated three times and given two colour changes. Layer styles and transparency were applied separately.
In one layer each light was expanded and the centre removed to create the halo and the transparency reduced to 74%.
The image was cropped and rotated at this point.
The Background copy at the top of the LAYERS Pallet has all except some of the foreground branches removed.
