Since filters are not allowed I had to create my own "noise" effect by painting and copying dots.

Painted some bright colors around the edges. Also I painted the rest. No special tricks. The only thing I used was a brush + some selection tools.

There really wasn't any tricks to this. So there really wasn't much to talk about. At the very end I added an adjustment and I blurred some parts to give a depth of field. There are some minor differences between this guitar and a regular guitar. I just copied what I saw in my dream.
