Beginning by selecting out the peacocks head, prepare it for making a mask by warping and making a mirrored copy and putting together. cut out eyes.

Select out the top feathers to create the crests of the head dress. Make copies and warp to fit as wished

Do the same with the eyes of the feathers. to prepare for the hair strands
step 4 of 11
Prepare face by cutting in half and making a symetrical head to start

Select out eyes and create larger more almond shape eyes
step 6 of 11
Position on face and use soft low opacity brush to help blend edges into face and then add hue and saturation to adjust colorations.

Using brush stamp on new layer and warp to form to face contours.

Start assembly of mask and head dress.

To create the background take the original source and apply the graphic pen filter and use curves to lighten
