Making the house. Free transform, dodge and burn.

Added grass with normal brushes. 3 layers used. Layer closer to the house with Gaussian blur.

Making the fence.

Using parts of the fence made the body for the pumpkin. For the head I altered colour and used much dodge and burn.
Final touch was to blur the house with gaussian blur.
