using shape tool I've created the...eye and used bevel emboss and overly to get the eye effect and the eye ball is made out of this part of source

tools used:- liquefy,smudge,dodge,burn

applied hue and saturation to the whole image and droped a shadow
step 6 of 6
duplicated the background and used grain(regular) and applied warming filter...after it I experimented with the girl's color and. got the final one
