I began by modelling the wheels using two circles and the line tool

I modelled the frame using the arc tool and the line tool

I modelled the base of the seat using the arc tool and the line tool
step 4 of 10
I continued to build up the model using the arc tool and the line tool
step 5 of 10
I used the erase tool on the wheels
step 6 of 10
I used the push pull tool on the entire model then added a cylinder for the handlebars
step 7 of 10
I right-clicked the model and reversed the faces
step 8 of 10
I painted the model using the paint tool
step 9 of 10
I added the case using rectangles then added the sign using the 3d text tool
step 10 of 10
I added pedals to complete the model.
