Removed light fixtures from room with clone and heal brushes. Darkened room with levels.

Cut out dolphin and created brush from image.

Created Light ball fixture and used dolphin and a bird outline brush on it.
step 4 of 4
Created light with brushes, played with different settings till I got to something I was comfortable with.
