This is the image I found on Sxc. A nice old trike.
step 2 of 10
The main cross beams were lofted splines.
step 3 of 10
The wheel consists of a tube for the wheel rim, and several cylinders for the hub and spokes. The hub was chamfered on the edges.
step 4 of 10
The front assemblt is mainly boxes and a lofted spline for the handle bars.
step 5 of 10
The seat fram is a lofted spline, while seat itself is just a chamfered box.
step 6 of 10
The sky was placed on a cylinder with the caps removed and the normals flipped. It was then illuminated with an omni light set exclusively to light that object only.
step 7 of 10
The floor is a simple plane with a UVmap on for the texture.
step 8 of 10
The wall is the wall primitive with a UVmap on for the texture.
step 9 of 10
I used a Vrayphysical cam for the main camera, with F number set to 2. I used a Vray sun to light the scene , with the multiplier set to about 0.03.
Brilliant modelling, an exact replica.
