Open the source 1, expand the canvas by a 150% and clone the water.

On a new layer in multiply mode pick the water color and paint it to make it darker.

Pick the source from the step 1, mask it and place it in soft light mode.

Use Hue/Saturation on this layer to decrease the saturation

Now duplicate the same layer but this time in normal mode with a 50% of opacity.

Decrease a bit the saturation of this layer using hue/saturation and reduce the contrast using brightness/contrast.

Mask and place the arm and the hand
step 10 of 15
In a new layer in multiply mode paint with a darker color to make the shadow darker.

Pick two pieces of water and paste where the arm touch the water
step 12 of 15
Paste again and resize and warp to make it fit better.

And again to finish
step 14 of 15
In one more layer in multiply mode paint the arm shadow.

Paste the another arm to finish :)
