Use warp-tool to adjust the shape of your merged layers.
step 3 of 12
Duplicate the warped layer.
step 4 of 12
Position the layers and use overlay-blend mode for the topmost layer.
step 5 of 12
Rotate the layers to get this kind of result. I forgot to correct the edges and colours at this time, you should probably do it here, before merging this 2 layers to make the "hat" for our lady.
step 6 of 12
Here are the body parts for your lady.
use the vase for a base. Clean and mask it, then use flip vertical to make a shape which has hips and a neck.
Use the vase also for the limbs, just scale and rotate them to make the arms.
Use white paper rose for the head. Green leaves serve the base for her hair. (Actually my whole idea started from this head and hair thing)
step 7 of 12
Use the plant leaves as a base for her hair. Use warp tool to manipulate the leaves. For the thicker hair on top, use smudge tool to smear the shape and colours which you can add with a normal brush between the laves.
step 8 of 12
Use the cat eye source as a base. Mask away the edges, use hue/saturation tool to get a nice colour for the eyes.
Make extra edges for the eye with a pencil and warp tool and put satin and dark green outer glow layer effect for the eyebrow to give her some make up look and deeper eyes.
step 9 of 12
Make a colour overlay from your hat texture (duplicate your original hat layer) and warp and scale it to fit your dress. Use warp tool to get all the colours and shapes in a place.
step 10 of 12
Momentarily merge all your layers which makes your lady. Take a duplicate of those layers, use hue/saturation or similar tool to make the figure all black. Use motion blur to soften the shadow a bit. Adjust the shadow using perspective and rotate tools. See the light direction from the background you're gonna use.
step 11 of 12
Add the background layer to your image.
step 12 of 12
Take duplicate of your BG layer, adjust the colours and levels with standard tools.
Finally I made an extra lightning layer by drawing some messy big lines with strong yellow and orange colours on a layer and then put very strong motion blur into it. Add it on top of the BG layer and adjust using blend modes and standard colour tools to highlight certain parts of the image.
