Make a cylinder and divide it in such way by using extrude.
step 2 of 9
Duplicate the cylinder and hide one. Extrude all red faces on unhide cylinder.
step 3 of 9
Extrude white faces inward, as they mustn't be seen.
step 4 of 9
Make another circle (it'll be white one) visible and extrude white faces outward a bit.
step 5 of 9
Extrude red faces (from the red cylinder) outward like on the picture.

Extrude white faces from the white cylinder in the same way, but at the less extent

Apply materials (I used mia_material_x)

Add beveled numbers by create-text, duplicate chips, position them and create other two materials by changing the color.

Kings are cubes with beveled edges and textures.
