Added a smile by using the liquify tool

Used the clone tool to paint out the areas which will be changed

Made a selection of the leg and used the transform tool to distort it. Later added a shadow with a black brush

made several selections of the original arm and used the transform too to rotate and distort.

Cut out the other arm and used the clone tool to fill in the remainder of the arm which wasnt there.

Added the hands by first making a marquee selection and filling it. Then I used different parts of the original to form the fingers and the rest of the hand. Then added shadows with a dark brush.
