Turn down opacity of orange and cut out parts of the car.

Use burn tool to add shadows. Add inner shadow layer style.

Draw side strip with pen tool. Add bevel and emboss. Use pen tool to trace windows. Add gradient and turn down opacity.

Use magic want to select background and fill with black. Copy all layers. Rotate and turn down opacity. Add gausian blur.

Use brush to apply a scatter of yellow. Add radial blur. Turn down opacity. Done!
