Put the texture layer on the woman layer, use the Multiply blending mode. Use eraser to clean the texture on the face

Make one layer on the woman layer, use the Overlay mode, then use the brush to paint on the face, change the skin tone to be more pale, make the trace of the blood, darken the mouth

Duplicate the texture layer, use the same setting, now let a bit of texture around the face. Paint the blood.

Crop the photo, put the hand layer under the texture layer, fix the light, shadow by brush with Overlay mode. In the last step, the scratch effect was made by smallest white brush
