Open hands sousrce is placed at top of a new canvas which has been painted black with paint bucket tool.

Mother and 2 children are brought into canvas, then flipped horizontally. The eraser tool cleans away around mother's head and around bottom of photo.

Poster source is added and distorted to fit across the canvas.

Little girl in the alley photo is added, then eraser tool takes away edges to blend into the rest. She will be moved from below poster to be right on it.

Load of bread photo is added at bottom, scaled to size desired, then duplicated (alt key) to fill bottom. Some are flipped horizontally and rotated to make interesting arrangement across the bottom. Some shadows are burned in.

To get across the idea that grain can become bread for the hungry, the grain in the hands is cloned to fall over the edges of the hands and down to bread. Falling grain should look a little blurred to create look of it falling.

Some rays of light are added with dodge tool on poster to add an ethereal light to the little girl. Then a dark brown filter is added at 25% opacity after merging visible layers.
