For background I selected, copied, pasted and duplicated part of one of the images, merging layers.

Blurred background; copied, pasted and masked the tank.

Blurred the tank; the same texture used for background I used for road, applying some smart sharpen filter.

Copied and pasted the robots; adjusted the road again now with blur in the same amount of the tank.
step 6 of 6
Added the spider robot; duplicated it and applied motion blur; using pen tool drew the web string. Selecting parts of the string, applied gaussian blurr in different amounts. Other details (shadows, blurring) applied after.
