Duplicated background and placed over the book. Selected sky and deleted. Adjusted brightness and contrast to match the colors of man image.

With soft eraser, removed unwanted parts from man image. Copied and pasted padlock image, flipping horizontally. From supplied source, selected a part of a key. Using copy/paste/puppet warp/erase, fixed key image and adapted on padlock key.

Selected, copied and pasted wire from supplied source; using puppet warp made a half-bent wire; duplicated and flipped it, placing behind the book.

Added an image for book; selected, copied and pasted twice the large bird, creating a OOB. Details like shadows, color adjusts made after.
