I took two images of bisons; used body of one and head of other, blending the images and masking.

On a new layer, using pen tool I drew the eye; with large soft pencil with low opacity made the breath.

Selecting the stickers from provided source, I copied and pasted them on the bison. Details like shading and color layer added.
