Prepare background by duplicating the leaves and placing them everywhere, then drawed the vine with the pen tool.

Started adding the flowers. For final product, yellow things are done with brush tool, lots of duplication for the flowers , playing with dodge and burn tool and also adjusted brightness and contrast.
