Unfortunately this image had A LOT of layers and steps so this is the best I can do for a SBS!
I used the lower portion of the source image and spherized it which gave it a bit of a concave appearance.
I used a cloud image to combine with the source image grass to give the ground some texture and depth. I used a great sunset image and used it in a few layers. Flipping it vertical to give yet more depth and to help bring the image together.
step 2 of 6
I cut out the pillars in the source image and found some great flowers to work with. Changed some of the colors using the Color Balance. Some were duplicated and the layer was changed to multiply.
step 3 of 6
step 4 of 6
I flattened the image then Filter-Render-Clouds
step 5 of 6
Fade clouds and change to Overlay
step 6 of 6
Add another layer and paint with a soft brush at 300 set to Overlay 20% and add a soft blue to the entire image.
