Build a bird! Changed angle of tail feathers, built new claws, adjusted wings, added shading and changed overall color to work with image. I wanted the bird to blend a bit but not too much.
I was going for a soft overall look, like the original background photo. It was taken from an airplane when the mountains were covered in smoke from multiple forest fires.
