Cut a shape from the source texture and use warp tool to twist it into petal shape for the flowers.

Duplicate petal shape, rotate and warp/twist them to extend the petals.

Group and flatten petals and use standard color manipulation tools (hue, saturation, vibrance (CS5) etc) to achieve different colors for the flower petals.

Cut stem like shapes from the original source and use standard manipulation tools to alter size, angle etc.

Cut basic vase shape from the original source. Use layer effect inner glow to add shadow to make it appear more round and adjust colors.
Duplicate part of the vase shape for the back part and make it a bit different colour so it appears more 3D.

Blend vase, stems and flowers together.

Take the leaf source and manipulate it using warp/rotate and size tools to make different kind of leaves for your flowers. Change colours a little bit to add variation.

Make the image background black, flatten the image with the flowers and use heavy motion blur tool to achieve this effect and colours. Use hue/saturation tools to adjust colours and duplicate the background and fix black borders with clone stamp or similar.

Copy lower part of the background image, add glass filter and adjust hue/saturation so it appears a bit different from the bg.
Use layer effect drop shadow to add shadow and add a small flower behind the vase.
Finish with handwork using clone stamp and burn tool to fix rough edges and bad masking.
