Simple background... paint with hard brush until canvass is filled...

Using hard brush, start to add colour, using the eyedropper tool, pick colour from reference and paint....

Paint and smudge with hard brushes with 50% strength when you are smudging...

step 5 of 16

Paint and smudge some more...

Start with detail around the eye.. use a smaller size brush for more accuracy...

more detail...add and smudge...

Adding teeth...

More detail to eye and flesh..

More detail, lips, flesh, eye..hair...

Complete hair detail...

Add shadow behind him...

Using the "Round Fan stiff brush" add some brush strokes around Mr.P

step 15 of 16

Get rid of shadow (looked off) and add final highlights and shadows...
