Making of the creature:
Copy-pasted in new layer part of the sphere. Then free transform tool.
Copy-pasted in new layer part of the sphere. Then free transform tool.

Liquify tool for body, eyes and tail. I erased parts of the body with a brush set to 35% opacity in order to make them look transparent.
