Levels were added to make this image a little darker.

Started to build the lighthouse...

Got a bunch of pieces from source image...copied and pasted them to build the city.
The dome is a circular selection...with some brush work added to the edges.

I built another building at the top of the rocks. I used same parts from source image to build the lighthouse.

I added lights to the lighthouse. This is the final image...but changes will be made upon your comments and suggestions... good luck!
