So here is step by step guideline:

Copy and paste this image.

By using mask I removed unwanted part.

Added sun image to this composition.

Erased unwanted element from the sun image.
step 6 of 11
Sun image layer mode changed to overlay with opacity and fill 100.

Created new layer and painted pillar as shown in the image.

Added light on top of pillar by brush tool and used outer glow.

Added birds in this composition.
step 10 of 11
I used Color fill, levels, curves, brightness/contrast, photo filter and gradient map to change its mood to red.

Ok so all done, for final touchup I did few enhancement to image by copy image and using gaussion blur (for smooth the image) and high pass (for sharpen the edges)
