I create a layer i full it in white and put a fusion mask after i use the pen tools to take off or add the white color on the face

Put an other layer to create eyelashes and flowers on the face with brush

the same with this bigger flower create with flower brush and put in white after

Create a red circle and didi the same as step 3 with a fusion mask
