I cut out the lady from one of the source images.

Setting the foreground and background pallettes to black and white, I added a Stamp filter and adjusted to suit.

From the second source image, I cut out the hand and placed into the canvas of my new image.
step 4 of 6
I added a Lens Correction and distorted the vertical setting.
step 5 of 6
Selecting all of the black in the image using Color Range, I added a Texturizer filter to the image.
step 6 of 6
Finally, I added a drop shadow onto the 'lady' layer. I then added a Photo filter over all of the image using black.
