added a radial gradient background, added main shadows and darkend the base of the image with large soft black brush

flattened whole image, reduced brightness and added green tint using hue and saturation

added electricity with green brush and added outer glow

duplicated whole image on a new layer, added radial blur zoom & removed parts of the image with an eraser
