mixed manipulations 6
step 1 of 18
I start with 3000 pixel width and 1628 pixel height and change resolution to 300.
Image used here is captured by me. I Copy and paste image into document.

Use vector mask to merge both image.

Copy and paste sky image into document. (this image is also captured by me!)

Use vector mask for two layer and rename the layer.

For shadow I use big rounded brush and erase unwanted shadow by grass brush, shown in the image.

Then I paint river and waterfall by rounded brush and chalk bush.

I add moon by using - http://www.photos8.com/moon_in_the_night-wallpapers.html image.
Erase unwanted part, duplicate and use Gaussian blur for glow.

I use soft rounded brush for haze, layer position as shown in the image.

I group all image layer and name it as - Images.
Now time for Enhancement -
I use Photo filter, gradient map, color fill, adjustment as show in the image.

Little more tweak by using Brightness/contrast, Curves. I erase unwanted brightness from curves.

After using adjustment layer.

Add birds by using my custom brush.

Almost done, time for composing.
I create a new merge layer by CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E, duplicate the same layer three times.
Top layer I call it as blur layer because I apply Gaussian blur on it. Radius 8, opacity 20% and change the blending mode to soft light.

The next layer below Blur layer I call it as High pass because I use High pass filter on it.
Radius 8, opacity 20%, change blending mode to overlay.

Create a new layer below High pass layer name it as Lens correction.
Go to Filter - Distort - Lens correction.
Change Vignette amount to
-100, opacity 50% and blending mode to Multiply.

I rename last layer as Main image.
Erase blur from mountain and statue by using vector mask.
Group all layer name it to composition.
