Selected and copied the arm with the sword and applied some motion blur.

Duplicated background image; applied gaussian blur (10%) and overlay, to give some softness to the image. Did the same with woman and stone image.

Opened a layer on the top with clouds; lowered the opacity in 50% and changed the layer mode into screen, to create the mist.
