First I drew the eyes and the outline using the pen tool and coloured the eyes in.

in a new layer I coloured the flaminmal in and in another new layer I added shadow and light.

I then drew the mouth and drew some blades of grass and made them look like they are in its mouth

I then used the pen tool to draw grass

I copied the grass layer and changing the overall layer and moving it down i gave the grass more volume

I then added grass infront of the flanimal too
I then added a light blue layer at the back and used the brush tool to make the clouds
