I used the source image for this step.

Made a circular selection and filled with a gradient, which later changed to just black.

I added some pieces from source image to form the mountains.

Not so complicated to make the planets. I just filled a circular selection with a gradient, added some Difference clouds, and coloring. I also added the dove and the olive branch, a symbol of peace. This is my final image.
