First the flowers are cloned out of the chair.

Back of chair is chopped out, then duplicated to begin ladder.

The tower is stretch vertically here using the edit/transform/scale tool.

Here several duplications of chairback are 'stacked' then merged together (Layers/merge)

Some color changes have been made to ladder (color/balance tool) and burn and dodge tools are used to give it a mottled look.

A section of ivy is lassoed and moved into canvas to be chopped and duplicated and cloned to go up ladded and tower.

Ivy has been added and merged to ladded here.

Smudge tool is used to pull out vines from the ivy onto the bricks of the tower.

A concrete planter is formed from a piece of the white background of source, then darkened with burn tool and noise added (filter/noise)

Planter is filled with flowers and plants from on the chair, then darkened; smudge tool pulls out other 'dead' pieces down to the ground. Burn tool will further 'deaden' the plants.

Finally, more leaves are cloned into area above the tower. A red/brown filter is added over the whole canvas at 12% after merging.
