Crop the image

Entered quick mask and used the gradient tool to select what i wanted to blur

Filter>blur>Lens blur

Extract model from background

Extracted mask and placed it on model(Free Transformed it and added mask)

Added some shadows to the mask with the burn tool

Added model to swamp background

Copied model layer and flipped vertically for reflection. Darkened a little and reduced opacity

Added some ripples in the water.Used eliptical tool to select area around model(Filter>Zig Zag)

Added some splashes where the model meets the water

Darkened background with levels adjusment
step 12 of 15
Added some hair to the model and added some lighting to the trees
step 13 of 15
Used a scattered soft white brush to represent some fireflies and also added reflection to the water
step 14 of 15
Used one of the standard photoshop brushes to create some dripping water falling from the model
