Made a rounded square, then added circles; merged the shapes. Cut out a piece of the rusted cylinder for the texture.

Added screws with the brushes, used a few different ones for variety. Mr. Tesla had lots of spare parts in his lab. ;-)
Did some burning of the edges to further accentuate the texture. Added bevel and emboss and shadow. Later used the lightning shape in the custom shapes and added it to the background of this shape to look sculpted.

The inner workings before steam smoke was added. Used a 'match color' adjustment on the gray image. These two items are personal photos taken on a recent trip to DisneyWorld. I knew these would come in handy!

This image was only available as a png file, so after making a screenshot - the only way I could figure out how to duplicate it, I "aged" the paper, then added perspective and shadow.
