First I cut areas from the tree to make the head. I used liquify, to render shapes. And used brush in overlay mode to change color.

I cut the parts from the peacock feather I wanted for eyes, and organized them. Also cut part of the tree to make the eyelids with warping.

I made the nose from potato, blended with smudge tool, and placed the part of starfish to be the moustache. I used the brush to give shades.

Cut the ear of the elephant and warped it to fit a little more. I shaded it again with brush. I cut the root of the onion to be the hair. I used it 3 times and used the clone tool to finish. Used smudge to blend to the woodface.

I chose this image of a friend of mine, blurred the background, and set the woodface to be his head. I also had to set the colors of the image, because it was too red and yellow.
