Cut/paste PS windows into separate layers, position and merge those layers into one. Then go to Filters menu, select 'Distortion'-'Lens Correction. Then play with "remove distortion" bar and click ok.

Make selection/cut then create new layer, apply gradient and erase.

Create new layer, airbrush i lashes and shading then add gaussian blur.
step 6 of 6
Select, cut, pull down Filter-Stylize-Extrude. Then make selection with pen tool and cut.
