I reconstructed the source image.

I cut out 3 cabins, duplicated them two times and put them together to a row!

I pasted the cabins into my image and changed the perspective. Then I colored the fountain yellow.

I added the background from source and made it a bit blurry.
Finally I created a black/white mask and worked out the color of fountain and cabins.
