I used some layers with Color blending mode and colorize the photo with brush tool, the same way as the tutorial http://www.planetphotoshop.com/colorizing-a-grayscale-image.html mentioned.
I made different layers for the skin, hair, eyes, clothes, and background, so later I can change them by adjusting the hue parameter.
