Following the tutorial, I enlarged the eyes with the Bloat Tool under the Liquify Filter.
step 3 of 8
Next I made the nose smaller with the Pucker Tool and straightened the bridge with the Forward Warp.
step 4 of 8
The mouth was then made smaller and the chin moved up and made more pointed.
step 5 of 8
The facial skin tones were smoothed out with the Surface Blur filter.
step 6 of 8
The right hand was selected and copied to a new layer. The sword was adjusted to remove the too-large guard on top, and the curled blade guard end was copied and flipped.
step 7 of 8
The layer with the hand copy was reduced with Free Transform and pasted behind the sword, and the shoulder was made smaller.
step 8 of 8
The hair was enlarged, bangs added, the nails painted a bit longer, skin areas selected with the Lasso Tool and the Smart Blur filter applied, and the image "cleaned up" of small errors.
