Added layer style to the sphere - gradient overlay, blend mode difference, angle 94, scale 150
- after layer style I added filter - Disort- Spherize( this way it looks more like a sphere)

Added some black backround, and for the stars I used star brush , opacity 50% and hardness 0.

The light behind the planet, using simple white brush, in different sizes and opacity.

Added a new layer, render clouds, blend mode Color Burn, opp. 25% and Fill 50% so the intensity of the stars is not the same for all of them. And finaly, added layer mask to sphere layer, and used gradient toll to mask out a part of the planet.
