Mask out the fish

remove the fins and shrink them

blue gradient back, add white trapazoid

cut into the white jagged marks and stretch and shape warp

step 5 of 11

motion blur the white

step 6 of 11

super proportion stretch the light

step 7 of 11

simple gradient rectangle

step 8 of 11

I ditched the bubble, but you can see in this screen shot I'm warping the rectangle to match the fish

add more green bends

overlay blend color play
