started main lighting with clock, using small soft brush on one layer and larger brush at lower opacity on another layer to create spotlights.

added more lights in the windows and doors, added streetlights with soft bright white brush using various opacity.

introduced a photofilter set to warm before removing boats

removed boats using clone and smudge tool

made a selection of the buildings & lights, flipped vertical & applied heavy guassain blur for reflection lights

made a 2nd smaller selection of the lower lights, flipped vertical and lowered opacity to add more vibrant light to the reflection
