Scaled and positioned the three main source images.

Removed the background from the hand and added shadows on the source glass from the wooden window frame.

Did some colour adjustments and blended the hand and glass layers.

Added a red hand print by duplicating and colour correcting the hand layer. Duplicated this and smudged it for the bloody smudge. Added more blood splatters and a crack to the main window using "ron's brushes". Also added red streaks and more texture to the surrounding walls.
The broken window was made using the source picture with a clipping mask of another photo (source cited below).
The tree is also one of ron's brushes. It was darkened and beveled. A shadow was created by duplicating, distorting and blending the tree layer.

Fog was added in 3 different layers. Finally the brightness, contrast and colours were tweaked through adjustment layers. Here's a view of my work layers.
