I started with liquifying and warping the circle into a heart. I know the shape is not perfect, but it was the best I was able to achieve.

I used the same heart for the heart in the trees.
The blending was done with the eraser in grass shape. Makes it pretty easy to blend things, that stand in grass.

After that I added the bench. It's made out of the original bench from the source image. I copied the part, that was uncovered by stuff, duplicated and flipped it.

I duplicated the hearts, made them smaller and added them in the big heart. The ivy was warped around the heart.

The heart around the key the figure is holding is the same like the one in the tree. The keyhole was blended with a soft eraser, to keep the edges smooth.

For the final touch I added a yellow photofilter and used gaussian blur with blending mode set to soft light.
