Start simple with a polyline. Duplicate them in order to get the shape of the body of the boat. after this loft the polylines together.

Do the same for the bow of the boat. Weld the parts together.

Start looking into your fotographs for wood and grass.

Now get in the fanal stage of the development by adding shaders.
