After changing my mind about the job, decided to withdraw all support from the ceiling and left alone with the bridge.

I changed the perspective of the bridge, I decided to center it, duplicated the layer, inverted the meaning and unite to make it look like this, I began to apply the tint with photo filter, even without knowing exactly the color I wanted, I decided to try the blue because it is a tone that pleases me.

Enter the model below photo filter it also stayed in the desired shade, and I duplicate filter.

I created a new layer on top of all layers, applied the paint bucket tool in color: # 808080, applied the filter lens flare up in the center then changed the blend to overlay, putting duplicated this layer below the layer of the model, then was a layer above and one below.
